I meant drinking. But yes, stretching is necessary if you don't want to hate yourself the next dat. Stretch before and after whatever it is, and you'll feel better. You won't hurt yourself as easy too.

Also learned the hard way.

nope....my husband snores just as badly on his side as his back (he usually doesnt even sleep on his back)....my mom snores sleeping on her side as well (my dad snored that way as well)....its a myth that you can stop snoring by making them sleep in a different position---especially when my husband ENJOYS snoring in my ear which he cant do if he is not on his side with his mouth right behind it!

I stretched and drank alot of water. Very hydrated.

Still sore and tired.

My brother snores, so I throw chit at him. Normally makes him shut up. Either that or yelling at him.

Saw Get Smart tonight. It was pretty funny, better then I expected.

yeah hubby just got the dvd versions---much better than the vhs ones we watched what, back in the 80's?....and the last one had an interview with some of the cast--geez the years have not been kind to most of them! (but then again in 26 years I hope to look as good as I do now too).....

All I remember about Blake 7 was it was on Sunday and I would be watching it because nothing else was on. Also I was very young and the show looked to be dated even then. lol

black??? hope that was a typo pwnd...its BLAKE ---its a guys name.
It was a short sci-fi series started in 1978 (yes before many of you were born...which could explain the lack of knowledge of it) on the bbc...lasted 4 years had the typically bad (low budget) special effects that are well known to those who watch dr who of that era (can you say I can see the string on that model???), but that was not the reason we watched it (like dr who). It was for the plot--the ideas etc, which also kinda lost it ....also a probable reason for its early demise.....

ah the good ole days before (ok right after) star wars....
look up the series sometime its out on dvd.

hm this weekend....well, need to pay the bills and pick up the dry cleaning, sounds like a full weekend for me

Star Wars... that is an awesome trilogy and what not... The orginal trilogy was the best. Hands down.
